Please note that all payments will be made directly to one account (located in Brazil). Payments can be done via bank transfer, wise or PayPal.

All shipping details will be arranged directly through us, which could combine multiple products-artisans into one global order. Goods will be shipped from Itajaí port (South Brazil) directly to your location, as arranged. For small volume orders or samples, we can quote and ship through post office or DHL.

Please be aware that pricing levels shown on the portal are based on using the most economical method of shipping, and that in the majority of cases, this would involve ocean freight shipping. Consequently, you would need to be prepared to work with a freight forwarder to handle the inbound shipping logistics.
